Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
-Prepare and maintain breakfast
-Maintain and serve in a Lounge setting
- Perform night audit duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Experience with hotel management software and systems
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services in the hospitality industry
